In love with Smalls! Took a bit for the cats to warm up to the new food. They were eating prescription dry only. But now they LOVE Smalls. They have definitive flavor favorites, and the company is super flexible with flavor choices. So you can get whichever flavors the cats like best. Very happy with this food!

I had been feeding Pickle a different brand of raw frozen food that had been discontinued. That's where Smalls came in! Although it is much more expensive than the previous brand (twice as much), Pickle seems to like Smalls better, and it is much easier to store and serve than the old food. Pickle is especially obsessed with the freeze-dried raw, but I mix it up between that and the wet food. Smalls' wet food isn't totally raw, it is slightly steamed but it is fresh and closer to raw than anything at the pet-store. I don't feed Pickle beef because of the environmental toll of cattle farming, but he loves the turkey and the duck. One of my shipments was multiple days late but Smalls customer service was amazing!

I have Purchased three different types are their products. My cats love all of them! I love cat food only if you gradients in there what are designed to really focus on your nutrition and well-being. I recently bought the Freeze dried treats and with 60% protein, it’s something nutritious as well as a snack. Their customer service is easily reached if there’s any changes and adjustments that need addressing. All the questions I might have are addressed in a timely manner.

I had a Smalls associate call me to see how the transition was going with my cats. The associate was extremely nice named Jose. My cats love the food and seem to have more youth in them.
