My kitty absolutely loves the food!

Rocket can't wait for me to dish up her meals. She starts purring just watching me. This food has been everything it promised to be and then maybe even a little more. We're two quite pleased little ladies!

As new cat guardians, we were introduced to Smalls by our niece. We've made two orders now and our little 8 month old is loving every bit of it. We are very glad that she is getting great tasting food made with wholesome ingredients. The ordering is fairly straight forward and the order arrives every four weeks on time. A big Thank You to all those at Smalls for what you do for the cat community.

I’ve loved Smalls for my cat, Rishi! At first he didn’t want to eat it but after 1-2 weeks he gave in and now he loves it! I use it as a topping for him. I was drawn to Smalls reading reviews about it helping with the stink of their litter box. Ever since he started eating Smalls, I’m happy to report Rishi’s poo and pee doesn’t stink and linger in the air anymore! Love this food for him, thank you.

My cat Tiffany LOVES the Ground Bird and Ground Other Bird. These foods are so nutritious and fresh and they actually smell good - almost like I could eat them (but I’m vegetarian haha). I feel like I’m helping her health by feeding her Smalls.

It took about one week to transition both kitties to the Smalls diet. I feed them the wet and kibble (kibble in the morning and wet in the evening). They have been on the plan now for several weeks, successfully! They eat ALL of it, so no worries there. Their vet reviewed the Smalls website and is comfortable with their new diet. So, we are all VERY happy!!

I have been ordering from Smalls since October 2020. My kitty loves their freeze dried raw food kibble and I love that it is a raw food that he will eat. I also like that the food is dedicated for kitties and well sourced. I find the convenience of the delivery terrific and the customer service is super responsive. I have tried many of the fresh cooked meals and they look wonderful and arrived frozen, but my kitty won't eat them - he is super picky. I highly recommend ordering from Smalls for your kitty today!

This is my 2nd review. I wanted to voice my agreement with reviews I read today about the packaging and the website: I too wish the long frozen packs were easier, less messy to empty out. I thaw each one in the fridge overnight, then cut off the top and squeeze out the food to a glass bowl. It's a bit hard to get all the food out. About the website: I thought it was because I am 80 years old and not as tech-savvy as your other customers that I found your site frustrating. I was glad to see comments agreeing with my opinion of the difficulty of using your site, and needing to email the concierge to add something new to my next regular order of the 12 packs of Frozen Ground Chicken, and then have to wait for a reply from a human. I think it would be easier for your SCHEDULED customers and your staff, if we could simply add something to our regular shipment. I understand that you are smaller than Petco or Chewy and specialize in high quality food, but it is fast and easy with Chewy's website to manage and add products to scheduled shipments. I hope to be a long term customer, my cat likes your food, I appreciate the quality of the food, and I make these comments only because I want to continue with you and hope your company thrives.
