Me and my cats really love this subscription service. The cats love the food- it took a couple days to get used to it but they can't wait until feeding time. I love how easy it is to change, postpone, and cancel the subscription. It makes it seem very user- centric which is ideal. I do wish I could just order a couple packs if I wanted instead of having to get 28 of them but you can set your own frequency so that makes it ok in my book. Overall, I really like this company and would highly recommend trying it if you are interested! You can get a trial box to try it out if you want which is really nice.

They have good customer service and have corrected every issue that comes up. Unfortunately there has been issues with shipping delays which us a big problem with a subscription service model, especially when cats don't always take well to changes in food. I like the ingredients, my cat loves it too!

My lil guy enjoys the wet meats and treats in a big way. There was no transition needed and he is 7 years old. His fur is so soft and he appears so much more energetic and happy. As far as the dry stuff if I put this out and the Nulo brand he goes to nulo. He is generally a very picky eater but he took to the wet meals and treats easily.

I switched to Smalls because my cat has a sensitive stomach and I was concerned that she wasn’t getting the right nutrition. She’s been eating smalls for almost 2 months now and so far it’s been a success, she hasn’t thrown up at all(this was a weekly event in our house). Even though she loves dry food more than wet food, she will only eat their wet food. I don’t think she enjoys the dry food at all. Customer service has been pretty good too. There was a small miscommunication with one of my orders but after a few back and forth messages they fixed the issue.

Overall very good expierence! My cat was having senestivr tummy issues and has had no issues since eating smalls and he loves it. I had a shipping issue once and someone was able to contact me and correct the issue super quickly.

The quality of the food is what drew me in. I really like that it's fresh ingredients, frozen - instead of packed with preservatives. Most of all, our cats love it! Besides that, the experience has been painless - easy ordering process, quick delivery. They also try to manage the environmental impact by shipping in corrugated and utilizing cornstarch insulation.

Ever since I started my cats on smalls they have had more energy and have played with toys that just sat around the house . One of my cats had a good allergy and had a balding area on her back . She also vomited right after eating the food they used to eat . Once switching to Smalls she stopped vomiting and the Fur on her back grew back . I will never use anything else ! Very happy with the product ..

I would like to give 4.5 stars. The .5 reduction is due the inability to order a la carte, get orders earlier in the week (ours come Friday or Saturday) or ship UPS instead of FedEx (FedEx is terrible in our rural area). The great news is that our picky kitten loves the chicken and turkey wet and freeze-dried food (not the other flavors). She is healthier, they were right about her breath smelling better, and her coat is beautiful. Expensive, but worth it.
