Smalls has been a game changer for me and my cat. I have a cat that is FIV+ and had hyperthyroidism. She is extremely picky and refused to eat. I decided to try Smalls and my cat was finally eating every day. She loves the chicken and beef recipes. She was underweight because it was a fight for her to eat, but since I feed her Smalls she has been putting weight and looks healthier. Smalls a little pricey, but is totally worth it if you have a picky cat or a cat that needs a high protein diet. Personally, I've had a good experience with their customer service, they contacted me to check how my experience was and it was easy to get in touch when needed. I also like how easy is to manage my food subscription; everything is done through the website. You can modify the delivery day, recipes and frequency. I would recommend this food.

What a positive impact Smalls food has made for my cat! First, he LOVES this stuff! Second, not to be gross, but his poop isn't near as smelly and the amount has diminished significantly. It was so nasty before, not gonna lie. He's no longer Smelly Cat and we are thrilled.

My cat loves their food! I am a new cat mom and I have been trying to find the best foods for my peanut, Willow. I care about it being healthy for her, of course, and I also would like to support sustainable companies that are environmentally conscientious. Smalls is the only one that is on the raw side (which is something I am open to but I am not ready to do full raw or full frozen mice, etc). Willow LOVES their food. Primarily she likes the shreds, ground beef and the freeze-dried (just as a treat) and of all the different brands I have tried, this is, by far, her favorite. It isn't necessarily my favorite though...I don't like any of the packages for a few reasons. 1) It's difficult to portion. The food is only slightly cooked so it comes frozen so when you take one of the packages out to thaw, you thaw the whole package. Ideally, it would come in smaller containers so I can thaw one day at a time versus a whole package sitting in the fridge for days. 2) It's plastic which obviously isn't biodegradable. It's probably better for the environment that it isn't more packages but then the food sits in the fridge longer. Hopefully they find a better packaging option soon but I have to give 5 starts because none of the other brands come close to for Willow's palet :) ***Oh and PS, it's not cheap. I don't have kids so I am ok with splurging but its an investment in her health ***Update Dec 9th. Smalls knows how to take care of their customers. My most recent order was different because of a production issue on their end. My kitty doesn't care and is eating the food just the same but they issued a refund for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and I will continue to tell my friends to switch!

Our cat Rider developed an extremely sensitive stomach. He had diarrhea and vomited frequently. It seemed nothing agreed with him. We tried limited ingredient, grain free, prescription foods, etc, but nothing seemed to make a difference. Poor thing was sick for months because we were told to give 6-8 weeks on prescription food before we saw improvement. We never saw improvement. Then we gave him Smalls. There was drastic improvement almost immediately. His diarrhea stopped within a day of feeding him Smalls! Wish we would have tried it sooner.

My cats are obsessed with their new Smalls food! Their coats are much shinier and they look healthier! Not to mention their poops don’t stink!
