Great communication, great customer service. One of my cats is very finicky and has only eaten fish flavored kibble in the past, but she eats all four flavors of Smalls with relish! So far she is loving the freeze dried raw as well, which Smalls recommended to ease the transition for kibble lovers. To save money, I'm feeding half the recommended amount and combining with canned food.

Smalls is a winner for us. We have 2 cats, one of whom throws up almost everything she tries and the other who's flat out finicky. Smalls works for both of them! So relieved to find a food they both eat happily! The high protein content is very important to us as well, as so many cat food products are high in carbohydrates Both cats love the turkey, chicken comes in 2nd. They don't like the beef. Smalls used to have inconsistent packaging but their current packaging has been consistent & works great. Cats are happy & healthy!

My two are definitely enjoying Smalls. They get very excited when they see their bowls come out because they know what it means. Customer Service has been great. Team is communicative and responsive, despite the fact that method of communication does not include a call option.

My cats absolutely love this food! It’s adorable to see how excited they get even purring while eating their breakfast! I definitely recommend Smalls to anyone with a cat!

The thing I like most about this food is how much it has benefited one of my cats. She is longhaired and her fur hadn't been as luxurious as previously and she couldn't keep weight on. Since switching to Smalls (it's been a couple of months), her fur looks amazing and she is no longer boney and is keeping the weight on. My other cat won't reliably eat the Smalls food, but that is true for all of the many, many, many different foods I've tried. I'm not super fond of the plastic packaging, partly because it's plastic and partly because it is hard to scoop all of the food out. I end up leaving lots of crumbs behind which don't smell the greatest in the garbage. I also like how easy it is to modify and reschedule orders and the customer service is very good. To me, it doesn't seem that expensive compared to other premium cat food. WRT to other claims, I don't have a good sense of smell, so I can't tell if it makes a difference in the litterbox. I will keep ordering as long as at least one of my cats eats it.
