So far cats like it more than the other food that I had gotten from another human grade food delivery. The cost is higher than the other but my cats health is more important than cost. However you can't change meals on your own have to contact Customer Service which wastes your time. Customer Service are very helpful at times. However when it comes to delivery and tracking information not so good. I have to ask CS for number and updates which is never the same information. So you don't really know when its actually coming. I learned to overlap the boxes to make sure that my cats never have eat from the cans etc again while waiting for their food to be delivered. All in All my cats like it and good for their digestion.

They need to rework their system. Just because a person changes the delivery time from 2 wks to 3 wks, doen NOT mean to bill and ship now. My cats love the food and I will do my bes to keep them on it. However, I will have to find a different kibble because $30/12 oz is a tad high.

I love knowing that my cats are eating the freshest, highest grade food to keep them healthy. I do find that my cats fur is softer after eating healthy for a few weeks. They don't really LOVE the food. They need to warm up to it and I definitely have to put toppers on it to attract them, BUT with a little dry food on top, they eat it up.

Pros: The frozen food is great quality! I saw health improvements within a few days in one of my cats who has digestive issues, who used to eat prescription food. The food is packaged pretty well, and the subscription model is convenient. Customer service was helpful when my package way severely delayed due to a major snow storm, and they sent me a replacement box. Cons: Way too expensive. Costs over twice as much as what I used to spend on already expensive, quality cat food. Not sure if I will be able to continue with this price long-term. Also, I always seem to run out of food a few days early, but I'm going to try ordering larger boxes to help with that.

My two cats are transitioning over to Smalls food and are liking it very much! They should be eating all Smalls food in a couple weeks. I’m sure it will be a success. I wish you offered phone support or a quicker turn around time on texts.

My cat is loving the wet and dry food! She goes completely crazy when she hears the bag rustle. The only negative experience for me is that a 3 of the wet foods packaging came opened possibly by a razor since the lines were so sharp. I tossed the 3 in the trash since I was not comfortable giving it to my cat.

On time delivery and my cats love it. Litter box smells better as well as their fur is amazingly soft.

The food seems great, my cats coats are so soft now! To make this food 100%, I wish there were more flavors and textures- like gravy instead of pate. And I wish they didn't come in plastic. Not only are my cats probably not benefitting from the constant plastic use, Im throwing away a plastic bag or two a day now.
