Roscoe likes the fish not the bird so much. Also, the crochet toy was not in the box. I will probably continue ordering the fish. We are still trying it out.

The Smalls PKG arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. I ordered a sampler package because I wanted to see what my cat preferred. The food was individually packaged in small sizes.

Cats are finicky!!! Some days they eat their food and other days they walk away from it. I also think that possibly making the consistency a little chunkier might help. The food seems to stick as it is easily smashed into the bottom of their bowls. Perhaps a little drier also.

Although my cat does not seem to care much for the chicken he does like turkey and beef. The fish is acceptable most of the time. He's very opinionated.

My cats like it well enough. One gobbles down a couple of the flavors and the other one will eat it eventually with some coaxing. My dog loves it and is always trying to sneak a bite. The price is a little hard to swallow, but I understand that I'm paying for high quality food and that's worth it to me. I was able to skip a shipment easily using the online portal and I had a good experience with customer service when I asked to ship my next order sooner. Overall it works for us!

Delivery was right on time when my cats needed their food. As I stated before their Customer Service is there for you and willing to work with you. The problem I have is that they can call you but you can't call or text them (appointment only). You can only reach them by email which doesn't help when you have an issue that needs solving right away before box is sent. Otherwise my cats like their food and it does help my older cats digestion unlike the other cat food companies I tried. The price is worth paying for my cats health!
