My cats love this food and there has been a major decrease in my cats throwing up. Customer service has been great!

Easy to unsubscribe, easy to adjust box flavors + amount. My kitten has had many health concerns in his short life already, and I feel good knowing this food is fresh, good for him, and he devours it without hesitation. The shipping is always speedy quick and everything is packaged well and frozen. After my sampler box I couldn't figure out how to adjust the delivery to extend out a couple of weeks, and customer service was friendly and fast helping me. 10/10 - and honestly, I had only planned to sign up for the teaser box. Instead I'm on shipment 4 and planning to keep going!

My cat Fred absolutely loves his new food he even tries to steal his sister Vomits food! Vomit is not taking to it to well but she is extremely picky so we are gonna keep trying with her. They both liked the treats you all sent for them!! .

Flexible and quick response to changes i needed in terms of both shipment and food - needed to switch out a few food options. i appreciate the quality, communication, flexibility and customer service. QUALITY food options AND thoughtful packaging so we can make the most use - keep it fresh. Communication, when i have made changes to an order, or have questions. There is undoubtedly much more to compliment and commend, that i'm probably missing bc it is late, but i do not want to forget to leave a review

I have been looking for a super premium, organic, additive free, highly nourishing food for my cats and tried Smalls. The kitties LOVE the food. I feel good about feeding them this and know I'll help them avoid a slew of health problems by feeding them the best food. They are nom-nom-nomming joyfully so I'm signing up! Ordering is easy, delivery is prompt, the food comes portioned perfectly for my pets, and customer service is fantastic!

I am able to get help with my questions about my cat and her food. Their Cat Concierge is knowledgeable and they help with orders or how to help feed your cat.
