Unfortunately none of our 9 cats would even taste it, even with adding some broth & heating it up just enough to take the chill out of it. I tried all the flavors sent but to no avail. The customer service line was hard to get through to a live person but the emails were a lot easier to communicate with them. Overall this seems like a reputable company with no hard pushing to sell their products, that’s awesome in my book. Thank you Smalls for letting our kitties try your food.

Portion sizes are convenient, but do cause a lot of packaging waste. Food is great though and was exactly what I ordered. Both cats love their wet food and have shown notable improvement in energy and coat quality.

My cat loves the food, but there have been problems with it spoiling en route because I live on an island and it takes an extra day or two to get here. I emailed to let smalls know what happened, but I got an automatically generated form response instead of someone actually answering my question. I needed to know whether the food can be packed in a carton that says "perishable" or "please refrigerate" on it, so that it will be refrigerated while it is stored at the UPS pickup location. They sent a free replacement carton, and I think I've been able to resolve it on my end, but it would have been nice to actually be able to talk to a smalls service rep and/or get a personalized email response.

Food is high quality and looks like human food. Our cats adjusted over 1-2 weeks and I have noticed less smelly poops. I believe it has to contribute to a longer, healthier life for our feline friends. I portion the packets and use it for their breakfast meal and feed Purina Pro-plan in the evening. The packets are a bit hard to close-up - doable but a bit messy. This shouldn’t be a deterrent to use Smalls but rather an area they might explore in the future.

They are quick with answering any questions.

My cat loves the food and gets soo much energy from it but my brother got it on my recommendation and the food has been delayed twice which affects his cat’s diet. I personally like the new shape of the packaging but it is disappointing because i already bought the container and now it doesnt fit inside properly

Food is VG quality. I just wish the packets were easier to open or at least mark that corner.

My experience was good with Smalls. I was able to order the sample kit easily online. The site is very user friendly.
