My cat refused to eat any of it. With broth - without broth - didn't matter. I tried several flavors. Be sure to follow through with the entire cancellation process or your account will remain open! I've taken screen shots of all cancellation acceptance notices I received as I'm hearing about horror stories of customers being rebilled even though their account was cancelled. Fingers crossed this won't turn into a nightmare. Never ordering from a company advertising on social media again. ever. BUYER BEWARE

Never got my first order, the was told I’d get a refund and never received a refund. Then my second order came warm and had to throw it away.

Cats didn’t care for most of the flavors

You sent food my cat is allergic to and the customer service was terrible also I did not order recurring shipments and you just keep trying to send me stuff . Lease remove me from all that you are.

it's a shame I was never able to try the cat food since it was sent four times through FedEx and was returned each time before it got to me due to being spoiled. I figure if they can't get the sample pack to me in good condition how would they ever be able to get a full food order to me in good condition. very disappointing

Dont order from them. They ship your order even though you cancel it. When you complain, they claim you are supposed to do earlier yet I did it right when I got the email. It hadnt shipped yet. My cat dislikes the food as well. It doesnt look like real food as they claim. The ones that kind of do, isnt part of the plan, you have to pay extra. They give you all these perks to try it.... when you actually become a member, you are paying triple. Lastly, the packaging is awful.
