SmallsReviews of smalls.com

Smalls has the recipe. It took kitty 3 days to love it too. She is 5yr old and acts like a kitten. She attacks every dish. Since switching to Smalls from kibble, she makes hunting sounds when she bird watches...OMG!!♡♡♡

I’m on my second box and the cats love it. They seem to have more energy, their coats look great, plus I feel better knowing they are getting quality food!

Its gotta be 5 stars from me, but that being said the price isn't for everyone. Its not really a standard you can set for your average cat owner, but if you can afford it they're great. I had a box that was 4 days late outside of the arrival window, everything had defrosted. This was the fault of the carrier and Smalls customer service called me and they worked really quickly to change carriers for future boxes. (I love that you can text them, too.) My next box arrived a day before the arrival window, frozen and perfect. They also check in regularly for your first couple boxes to see how things are going, you can't really beat service like that. I'm impressed. So definitely 5 stars from me, you absolutely will get your money's worth if you can afford to go with Smalls.

I have the pickiest cats, they only like a few kinds of treats and certain foods. Minus the cow, they gobble this food up. It makes me feel better feeding them real food and not some unhealthy, kibble. So far, everything about this company is great. The food, shipping, package. No complaints from any of us!

The customer service is great! It's very easy to get ahold of someone and finds answers to your questions. The shipping is fast and my cat loves the food.

My cat loves the food and her coat is so soft and shiny!! I love the ingredients and the company has really good customer service. I recommend!!

I started with a trial box that came well-insulated and packed with dry ice as each order does. I did as suggested and slowly transitioned my cats by combining Smalls with the food they were used to eating. I have found that heating the food briefly in the microwave to just warm it slightly enhances the eating experience for my cats. I recently received my second full order and each time I was easily able to edit my next delivery date and the frequency. I have chosen to continue to combine Smalls with a small amount of the brand that my cats have always loved, as both are very healthy for them. I have also been able to adjust the amounts of the different types they seem to love most. I’ve added more cow and fish, while subtracting an equal number of bird packets. Their customer service is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. So far I am very happy with Smalls and so are my three cats.

my boys LOVE all of the smalls food! they’ve been eating it for about 2 months now and their coats have gotten much shinier, softer and there’s not a spec of dander on them! plus, my dad (who is seriously allergic) no longer has any issues when he visits, even when he hasn’t taken any allergy medicine!! i’ll also tell you that the relatively regular gut issues one of them had been having have stopped since we made the switch. the shipments come quickly right to our door which saves my adhd from getting in the way of the boys getting fed. i am a loyal smalls customer as long as my boys continue to enjoy it!
