My cat loves Smalls, other than the fish and beef flavor he is not really a fan of. But his coat is so soft and shiny, and I can definetly tell his stool is less smelly. The best part of Smalls is the comfort it gives me knowing he is getting high-quality human grade food because he deserves the best of the best!

The food is great, I like being able to choose which type my cat gets. The text customer support has been very helpful. My only issue is after we set her order, it doesnt arrive until after the 4 week box has run out and we have to supplement with storebrand food for up to 4 or 5 days. I know we should just set the order about 2 weeks in to account for the delay but we have a very small freezer so if arrives while we still have plenty of her food, we may not have space to store it. Also, the packaging doesnt match what is marketed and can be difficult to open and we have to cut it which is fine but inconvient when in a rush. All in all, Smalls is a good product Id recommend to other cat parents but just order and prepare in advance.

Thank you so much for your review! We're thrilled to hear that you love being able to choose the perfect food for your kitty, and that our Cat Concierges have been helpful! We're sorry to hear that the delivery timing has been a bit of an issue for you, but we appreciate your feedback and will definitely take it into consideration as we continue to improve our service. As for the packaging, we understand how frustrating it can be to struggle with opening it, and that definitely isn't right! One of our Cat Concierges will be reaching out to you to get some more information! 💛

I love the product and the support I get from the Smalls team. My kitty eats it right up and I know it's healthy! My only challenge has been timing of boxes being available for shipment, sometimes it can be 2-4 weeks after ordering. But now I've got myself on a recurring order schedule so shouldn't be a problem going forward.

My cats like Smalls. I am happy that I can feed them quality food that is healthy. The only thing that I don't love is that there are very limited flavors. I think the price point is also a little high

My finicky cat LOVES this food! She never used to eat everything in her bowl, and some meals she wouldn't even touch. Since switching to Smalls, her bowl is empty after every single feeding. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the food is packaged in plastic (metal can would be more friendly) and they don't offer soft treats.

Smalls was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with lots of information. The product arrived as promised and is of high quality. My only possible complaint is that they may have over communicated a little - lots of emails and promo materials. Thank you.

My cat loves the wet food! He screams at feeding time. He won’t touch the dry food until he gets the wet. I wish there was more info about how much to give him on the packages and how to store the dry food. I didn’t realize the dry had to be in the freezer then moved to fridge before feeding. I had left it out so 3 bags had to be trashed! 🥲

The price is rough, but my cat so far very much enjoys his Bird and Other Bird daily pouch! He eats a package a day plus gets some other brand low calorie dry food to munch on but much prefers the wet food. His energy levels are great for a small apartment cat and his weight has been stable. He doesn't like the fish or beef mix, but he might just not like fish. Unfortunately, there's no returns or refunds for any extra product it seems so I have 10 or so extra packages I can't use. There's a few coupons out there for 50% off, so make use of those if you're trying it out, and take your time transitioning so he doesn't have gastro issues.
