Thank you for your honest review. I am so sorry to hear that despite trying all the tricks in the book, your kitty just wouldn't budge! Every cat is an individual, and sometimes they simply have a firm preference that even the best nutrition can’t overcome. We appreciate the effort you put into the transition. Most of all, thank you for donating the remaining food to charity. It means a lot to us that those high-quality meals will go to cats in need rather than going to waste. We're so sorry to hear that Smalls wasn't a hit with your trio! It is always a letdown when you’re excited to try something new, and your cats give it a unanimous "no thanks." Rest assured, our recipes are the opposite of junk—we use human-grade, high-protein ingredients without the fillers, gums, or byproducts found in many traditional brands. However, because we don't use the artificial flavor enhancers, it can sometimes be a tough transition for cats used to those flavors. We appreciate you giving us a try, even if it wasn't the right fit for your home.
