Smalls is using one of the most unreliable delivery services Gojitsu. Never even got to try it as Gojitsu failed to deliver. Selling premium cat food but cheaping out on delivery service. Will never subscribe as long as Gojitsu is used.

Tried a box for about $50, cats didnt like it, so I reached out twice to cancel, ended subscription etc a week ago. Now I am being charged $150 for a second box of shit my cats won't eat that i never agreed to buy. This company uses unreliable "AI" chatbots that will screw you over.

we switched to smalls thinking it would be a healthier option for my two senior cats but after only eight weeks of eating smalls, both of my cats are experiencing extreme gastro issues they have never had before. i don’t know if this food is necessarily safe for older cats who have not been raised on this kind of diet but the food started shutting down both of my cats. one had to be hospitalized for liver damage, but everything started looking up again after switching back to canned food for both of them

Train the people how to clearly speak english, how to send emails with attachments and know who to transfer the customer to if they are unable to help! There are almost NO WORDS for the TWO HOUR and FIVE MINUTES of time wasted talking to 11 incompetent stupid people!

I told you my cat died and I canceled my subscription yet you still email me about my purchase. That's pretty crappy of you.

Cats hate it and AI customer service! After over a month of mixing it with their previous wet food, my cats won't touch this stuff on it's own. I sent customer service a message saying the food should taster better without extras like broth or toppers and they tried to sell me the extras in the reply. Thanks chatGPT.

The food has a sand texture, dry, and crumbly. Has a funny smell like nutritional yeast. Cats never fully got onboard with it. Priced high for small packs of heavily cooked, not raw, cat food. Shipping and delivery is a joke too.

My cat does not like your food at all. I wasted my money trying the foods.
