The product arrived on time still frozen. Our small one loves the new food.

Great experience & product for my Sphynx cat with IBD. I try this product out in the sample pack. My account went wild for it so I ordered my first month supply. Unfortunately, the package was damaged in delivery and was unable to be delivered in time. I reached out to Smalls customer support, and they offered a full refund and a coupon towards a future box, if I chose to re-order from them again. Due to the delay, I had ordered Darwin’s for my cat, but since he had tasted smalls, he was no longer as interested in the plain raw meat. I reached out to Smalls, they built me out a custom box and applied the coupon. Happy to say that I am now on a subscription basis and I’m very happy with their food.

Ron loves this food and I love knowing it's good for her. She's had less upset stomach and her fur has become softer. She's so excited when I put her food out in the morning now! The customer service is fantastic. Responsive, actual people who help resolve any issues.

My partner and I wanted to get smalls for our kitten even before we got him, however due to whatever circumstance, we ended up feeding him canned wet food first. He loved it, but not as much as he loves Smalls. After finally making the switch to smalls we noticed such amazing changes in his bowel movements and the quality of his coat! We have a ragdoll, and while their coats are gorgeous already to begin with, after switching to smalls it’s become softer and somehow shinier! His bowel movements have been amazing too! He manages to go (number 2) once a day and there’s barely any stink! He loves the chicken and turkey recipes SO MUCH (he’s allergic to fish, unfortunately. His tummy can’t handle it) and is always so excited for meal time! We’ve considered getting him a slow feeder due to how quickly he consumes the food too haha. We’ve tried a few fresh-frozen brands on him already but non really lasted long term. (we had tried D*rwins before c/o our breeder who gave us 2 packs, and he wasn’t too keen on it.. we still have a frozen pack left in out freezer.. along with another fresh-frozen brand we bought from our local pet store.. he didn’t like that much either) There are people who have tried to dissuade me from switching to an all fresh food diet for our cat, but I will say that it’s been the best decision we’ve made so far!! We’re also paying much less than what we used to when we were feeding him a canned/pouch wet food diet, so it’s just been great overall!

First and foremost, my feline thoroughly enjoys all of the food prepared by Smalls. I never have to worry about something going to waste. The food is chilled nicely, and delivered promptly. I have 6 cats, all trapped in NYC, and all with special needs. I recently moved them with me to Arizona where their lives have greatly improved - in large part because of SMALLS! After starting, all 6 of them have better health. more energy, and fewer symptoms - even though they have medical conditions ranging from FIV+, renal issues, advanced age, immune deficiencies, and allergies. They love all of the flavors except fish which I mix with another brand (freeze dried raw.) I am convinced that whatever I am spending on food is offset by what I am not spending on Vet care, not to mention the same-priced "prescription pet food." Thank you Smalls!
