My cat likes the food and is keeping it down. She only eats 1/4 of the package 2x a day, so it is a bit messy. Also, some packages are difficult to open without scissors. I would say overall it is good, but the packaging and portion options could be improved

The shipping and packaging was fine, my cats simply would not eat the food! Also tried to give it to someone else to use and their cats wouldn't eat it either! I tried to cancel further shipments and was told the next one had already shipped, so I had to pay full price and wasn't offered a refund!! So much for the money back guarantee!!!! I definitely don't want any more!

Smalls does not make it clear initially that this is a subscription program.

Really like Premium Smalls with broth & Bird Licks. My cat is picky and must have all of the ingredients. No so well with the regular options though.

I ordered a sampler pack of yours and FedEx delivered the package completely destroyed. Dry ice was completely gone and it was warm. The only thing that was safe was the bird nip treats. They do love those. After contacting them they refunded me $10 and sent out a complete full order of the sampler pack. Their customer service was nothing short of fantastic! As much as I love the company and their customer service, my cats were not interested in any of the wet food. They're crazy about the bird nip treats, but the food itself was not interesting in any way. These cats were rescues. I pulled them in off of the streets where they had to fight for everything. Food, especially. The one cat I have with the most adventurous tastes was sort of interested, but when I put the food into a bowl he snubbed it. Refused to try it but showed an interest in sniffing it. Tasted it but then decided against it. I've tried all the tips they suggest. I've heated it, added tuna water, mixed it with their usual wet food, left it out for hours, everything. They just let it dry out and act as if it isn't there. I really wanted them to love it, but so far it's no dice. They don't have any health problems, I just wanted to make sure I try to give them the very best food and care that I can. Sadly, my opinion isn't as important as theirs. I may try again with their broth as we have a retailer up the street that sells the broth. Maybe that's what will turn the page. I sure hope so. But as of right now, I do have a foster dog that doesn't mind it one bit! And I'm glad because I don't like to waste good food.

i was hoping for a great food to mix with my cats dry food. i have four cats and one of them struggles with not being able to keep the food in his stomach from eating too fast. i thought this food would help slow his eating which it did but it gave him very bad diarrhea. he has a sensitive stomach so im still looking for ways to help accommodate him but this was not the food for him. i’m glad i could try it but will not be able to continue with it.

I gave Smalls a try in late July 2026. It took 2 weeks to receive the Sample Pack. The initial Sample Pack was never shipped. I messaged Smalls numerous times before finally receiving the Sample Pack. I didn't appreciate being automatically put into a subscription plan without my consent, so I cancelled the unauthorized subscription plan. Please be aware when trying the Sample Pack, you will be automatically put into their subscription plan. This is not noted when ordering the Sample Pack. It's a very sneaky move on the part of Smalls. I can't rely on Smalls to supply regularly scheduled deliveries because of what happened with the Sample Pack. Customer service was friendly to me and helpful. They even gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. The partial refund was their idea.

My kitties liked your Smalls food at first but never went back to their bowls to finish. I tried to ease in a little bit of food at a time but Vinny and Rexy just didn't want to taste it all. Im donating the extra cans of Smalls to a cat sanctuary close by. Thank you and carry on!
