Be more upfront about the automatic ordering system. I shouldn't have to read it in a fine print and then you just pick whatever you want to pick. My cats didn't like half of it that you sent and I had to pay for it. Not good when economy is not in a good place and we have to watch every penny we spend

I have a very difficult time accessing and updating my account. To reset password, it wants me to put in old password…if i knew that, i wouldn't ha e to reset it. Also, it took me 6 tries to update account information! If I am going to continue to have this much difficulty, i will cancel my membership.

First shipment arrived missing items; second shipment arrived, but box was damaged. Cats won't eat this food. Tried to return it, nope. Tried to donate it to my vet clinic - they didn't want it. :( Quite the waste of time, money and effort.

Overrated in my opinion. Most of their varieties have a powerful unpleasant odor after it unfreezes and you open it up. I know several cats who won't even eat it. No matter how nutritious it supposedly is, it's useless if a cat won't eat it. It's also very expensive. So make a small initial order in case your cat won't eat it.

My cat never ate the food, despite me following the careful instructions for introducing it. Gave it all to a friend

The food was a day late, and about half was thawed.

The FedEx delivery was two days late and the food was thawed but cold enough to referee. It was too stressful for me since that was the second time late so I cancelled.

Don’t listen the customers opinion and very pushy.
