My cat, at first, liked one or two of the meals. Then my cat didn't like any of the meals. The end!

Neither of my cats would touch this food. I tried every recommendation, heating, adding broth, adding treats, mixing with their normal food, etc. Wouldn't take a single bite. Wouldn't even eat the treats off after it had touched the food. Bummer.

I did NOT order anything! My membership is canceled! Do NOT send anything else!!!!!

I received an email that my order was coming up and I immediately adjusted my order and reschedule it as it was not shipped as yet, but it was sent anyways. It contained, freeze dried puffs and chicken broth from my previous order that I added, both of which my cats didn’t like. I reached out to customer service they said there was nothing that they could do. Only one of my cats doesn’t like Smalls, so I am considering discontinuing it; especially after this incident.

When I first ordered I was not told I was on auto ship. The first order was small which I had ordered small. When next order was shipped it was very large and cost over $100. I was not expecting this order and could not send it back to get a refund I will never order anything else from this company. My cats would not eat it so I had to donate to a local shelter so I was out over $100 which I could not afford

It doesn't work!

your company did not stand behind their product and did not offer a refund after charging my credit card . Secondly by cat will not eat the food. The first package came thawed out and the second package half of the product was thawed out. I would not recommend Smalls to anyone from the poor customer service to the product.
