Our cats are much healthier/happier eating Smalls food. Their digestive issues have resolved - if only it could cure them of the big sister/little sister fighting dynamic! :) We recently encountered a problem with the delivery service (3rd party not - not Smalls) not delivering/losing our wet food order in the heat. I thought it would be an ordeal. It was not. Smalls immediately responded, also tracked the order - saw it had not been delivered and rushed a new shipment out. They reminded me even if the original order arrives, it will not be fit for feeding my babies as it has been exposed to the temperatures for too long. Wonderful customer service!

My honest opinion is that this is a great product even though my cat didn’t like it. The ordering and subscription service is easy to use. The food generally looks great. I’m not going to eat it, but if I had to, it doesn’t small like cat food and probably couldn’t tell the difference. My cat is picky and almost 8 years old. I’m not going to knock the brand. It just didn’t work out for me.

Delivery is great. Appreciate the timely reports on delivery status.

The vet recommended smalls for my cats nutrition and weight loss. I am absolutely thrilled and elated at the remarkable difference smalls has made in mine and my cats life! She no longer throws up her food. She is full of zoomies and energy to play. She has managed her weight loss without missing nutritious meals or snacks and is a very happy cat. Her coats is silky soft and fluffy with a sleek sheen. I can tell her overall well being has become enhanced. I am grateful for smalls! And the fact it comes prepared to my door monthly is a blessing!

Delivery received in a timely fashion. I just received 2 orders within a week. I now have my monthly schedule in my calendar and will cancel if not needed.

Excellent customer service

Orders have always been accurate. It arrived on time and still frozen! But our main reason for continuing the orders is: our kitty loves it! We have noticed a change on her energy levels and litter box. But being a picky eater, makes her love of Smalls food no small feat! (Pun intended!😜)

Pierre and Noël have been eating Smalls for a month now, and WOW - what a difference. Pierre was throwing up several times a week (sometimes even on the same day), and I tried everything I could think of to manage it. AND KNOCK ON WOOD, not ONCE has he thrown up since eating Smalls. That's a pretty stunning turnaround - and fast. Noël likes the freeze-dried puffy bird (Pierre not so much), and they both love the bird licks and bird nip treats. WINNING! Lastly, I want to commend Smalls customer service. They are incredibly responsive via text and super helpful (especially as I was getting into the new rhythm of ordering). They are really a terrific organization.
