Firstly, my cat really enjoys the ground bird they make. It is hard for me to find something my cat enjoys as he is a picky eater but I had no issues weaning him into this food. I appreciate how healthy these foods are and that is most important to me. Secondly, due to weather lately, my packages have been very much delayed. When I reach out to smalls to ask what to do they send a new package and they have offered discounts on next purchases and one was so late they also refunded me for the inconvenience. They have always responded in a timely manner so I appreciate the customer support given by smalls. I’m happy to use their products! I hope others look into this as an option for their cat.

I recently had a question about my account on a weekend and was promptly helped by customer service. They were very helpful and solved my issue.

Let me start by saying that I have NEVER heard the type of loud, anxious MEOWs (in caps because he screams them at me) that Candy Man lets out when he wants his Smalls. It took less than one day for him to become accustomed to the new food and by day 2, I was giving him all Smalls. Candy Man can barely wait for the dish to hit the floor and seconds later, the food is devoured. So far he likes the smooth fish and bird, but I’m trying all the flavors in my first subscription box. Candy Man normally regurgitated his old food, but not Smalls. He seems healthier, happier, and his litter box isn’t as stinky. Thank you Smalls!

The best food short of me making it myself! My cat loves all the bird flavors, will continue to order these meals that she loves so much!!

My cat was having difficulty eating and was dropping in weight. My daughter has been feeding her cats Smalls with great results. So, I purchased and gave her weight as 10 lbs. However, she was down to 8. Well, she is now doing very well and has gained over a pound back. Her vet is monitoring her progress. Also, this company is wonderful. I misjudged the timing of my order and with their efforts Bella had her favorite food on time!

The packaging was wonderful. A little pricey of a product but my cats really love the food and get really excited when I give it to them. I feed them dry food in the morning and smalls for dinner because I can’t afford to feed them smalls every meal. They definitely get more excited when I feed them smalls than their dry food though.

My cat loves this food, and I love feeding it to her! I had an issue with one of my orders and Kensy was super helpful and provided the best customer service I've received in years!
