Top Notch Customer Service
Smalls has the best customer service of any company out there! They are always kind, efficient and willing to go above and beyond. Not only are my cats obsessed with their food but their team seems to truly care about the customer (which are the kitties :)).

Great product
It took my cat a few months to get used to this brand. Now he will eat the Smooth Bird and Smooth Other Bird. We will try the Pig with the next order. He eats more and more of the Smalls brand with each passing week. He has tummy issues. This brand is helping to keep everything working. Great product. Good customer service.

Cat loves it!
Easy to order. It was easy to transition from other food to Smalls. Cat loves it! I’ve noticed that the fur is softer.

Knowledgeable & Extrememly helpful !
I had multiple very informative and helpful text exchanges with a few Pet Concierges at Smalls - they responded promptly and answered all my questions thouroughly. Not your standard automated responses at all ...you are talking with well informed, knowledgable and helpful people ! I look forward to getting the sample pack I ordered and starting our cat on a healthy and convenient diet for our new little love bug kitty!

WE LOVE
! It has helped his allergies so much. I was downing so much money on ear infections every two weeks we switched him to fresh and he hasn't had an ear infection in months ! I was spendings so much money on numerous meds and vet appointments on top of that putting my kitty they the stress of stressful car rides.
