great quality food, easy to store and dispense, the cat (mostly) loves it, when she's not being difficult, and it's great knowing we are giving her the best food so she can live forever and be the love of our lives.

My cat has been eating Smalls for 6 months now. She weighs 8.6 pounds so she eats slightly less than one packet per day. She loves the ground bird aka chicken and sometimes the ground other bird aka turkey. She also loves the free packet of crunchy treats Smalls sends with every order! Her coat is visibly shinier and she does not shed at all. Her poos and pees are not as pungent when cleaning her litter box as they were eating canned food. Shipping is excellent as her food packets arrive frozen and as predicted by sender. I highly recommend Smalls!

My cats love this food. They don't like some of the offerings but anything poultry they are down for it. Other cat foods are sketchy and you really don't know what they have mixed in with it. I trust my money is being well spent on great food for my cats because I checked all the independent reviews before I decided on Smalls.

My cat couldn’t get enough of the smooth pork. Liked others, in the sampler, but not as well.

The Cat Concierge responded quickly and addressed my issue perfectly. My cat has been a Smalls fan for over 2 years. Unfortunately, she now requires different diet to address some health issues. Smalls completely understood and took care of the necessary changes to my account. I will always recommend Smalls to “cat people” who want the best for their fur babies!

Excellent product and customer service. I have a fur baby with a picky palate, sensitive stomach, and struggles with drinking water. He loves Smalls fish and so does his stomach. Grateful for the extra hydration it provides. Recently had an issue with an order that was delivered only partially frozen. The product should be fully frozen and defrosted as needed on a daily basis. This was a delivery service issue and no fault of Smalls, but they were quick to send out a replacement order. I appreciate that Smalls respects and understands how much our pets mean to us. Many thanks to everyone.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. It's heartwarming to hear how well your fur baby has taken to our fish recipe. 😻 We're sorry to hear about the hiccup with your delivery but relieved that we could swiftly address the issue!

Smalls customer Service is a 5 star ! This past winter we had a big snow storm while my order was on its way! It was delayed for several days . Smalls sent me out a whole new order to cover the loss of the Original Order ! Another time I ran out of the food and they sent it out PRONTO ! I had it in a couple of days ! My cats LOVE IT ‼️ I can rest knowing they are eating healthy wholesome food !
