My cat Beans is obsessed!! Only down side is that it is a tad bit stinky, but I read the updated recipe should help that problem. Besides that, I love it and Beans’ fur looks so shiny and he has finally filled out a bit.

My cat loves it and is usually a picky eater! It also works well with her sensitive stomach and gives her more energy! I have had issues with the delivery timing, as it was sent out later in the week and wasn’t delivered until later on Monday. The food was all thawed but I refroze it and it has been fine!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled to hear that your cat is loving the food and benefiting from it, especially given her picky eater tendencies and sensitive stomach. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery, but we're glad to know that everything worked out! 💛

Love this for kitties! It is healthy for them and easy to store and use as needed. Their energy levels are up and daily zoomies occur! I only gave 4 stars just because my 2 cats don’t eat a package each day. So it’s a lot to store. Wish subscription would allow small amounts with each order.

We're delighted to hear that you love Smalls for your kitties and that it's had a positive impact on their health and energy levels. Daily zoomies are always a fun sign of happy and active cats!

I messed up on timing of my second order and had run out of the sample food. I had to find another choice for time being and Smalls was good enough to give me an alternative, which was "just ok" with my 2 guys. These 2 kitties have gone through a number of different foods from the start and with Smalls, they clean the dish thoroughly each meal! I have just about cut out all dry food. Their poo is not as stinky, which makes me extra happy! I just wish it wasn't so expensive. It's hard for an old single lady to live these days, but my kitties are worth it!

I love the freshness, the REAL and ALL NATURAL ingredients the cat food contains. It has really helped our sphynx cat put on the weight he needs (he's a little old). He loves the beef, and will eat all his portion - which he would never do with other cat foods. My only issue is the pricing. It can be a little pricey - especially if you have multiple cats.

We're delighted to hear that your sphynx cat is thriving on Smalls! It's great to know that he's putting on the weight he needs and loves the beef variety. We understand your concern about pricing, especially with multiple cats. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll be sure this is passed along! 💛

No phone support: when I did not receive my first delivery, email support sent the FedEx confirmation photo (no apt number) and asked if it looked familiar - and that was it; I tried chat support, which sent me to email & it took several emails to get the food redelivered. Email support is very slow to respond. No online account is a problem, too: every time you want to check or adjust your subscription, you have to go to the website, try to sign (you cannot), which triggers an email to link to your subscription. Also, be careful not to touch the dry ice: I burned my finger when I touched one of the bags for a second. The food and treats are okay - my cat goes crazy for Weruva brand wet foods.

My cat Jackson thinks this is the best food he's ever tasted. He loves the chicken and turkey varieties. Our other cat Ziggy doesn't want anything to do with it, but he's weird, he doesn't even like human food. We feed our cats a variety of foods, and Jackie loves Smalls the best.
