SmallsReviews of smalls.com

I ordered a sampler box which was 50% off. Great way to test to see if my cats enjoy the food. They didn't. Neither of our cats enjoyed anything we ordered. The food, the hard treats, or the lickable treats. So I thought moving on to the next company. But oh no, that sampler order was signing up for a recurring subscription. I found out as the next order arrived. Don't waste your money on a company that slips in a subscription box when all you wanna do is try the food out.

1.) They won't allow family purchases so not all our cats were able to try 2.) Customer service can be rude and unresponsive 3.) They charge you $149 and won't process the refund for weeks 4.) it's a 50% chance it will come spolied and/or not delivered at all

The customer service was pretty bad, along with not receiving my order the first time. My sister ended up ordering a sampler box as well and they shut down our accounts haha. They think everyone is trying to steal their cat food which is very odd so if you all live on the same property you cannot get more than one. No family can purchase either. Lastly, they will charge you $149 unexpectedly. 100% not worth the experience it brings!

Terrible experience because my cats did not like the food and I THOUGHT I just ordered a SAMPLE box but they automatically thru checkout have a clause apparently so you are roped in!!! So watch out new people—- they may rope you in and then say they can’t refund you!!! Hard to believe this sneaky world!!!

My cat started eating smalls and seemed to be liking it then about 2 weeks in she got really sick after switching over to smalls she is barely eating and barely drinking she throws up at least once a day she’s been sick for 4 days now and I can’t even take her to the vet I tried and they want 2,500 just to be seen so cause of that I am home crying my eyes out cause my cat is basically dying. Worst experience ever.

This company immediately put me on subscription and will not cancel or refund my original order. They took days to respond and now say it’s too late to stop the shipment. Extremely unhappy with every aspect of this business.

The cats eat the food just fine. Smalls is logistically bad. Their delivery is too often not at my door. Sometimes it does show up partially thawed; they claim you can use it, still, but we did once and all our cats became ill. One seemed like he would have died if my wife hadn't force fed him kitten slurry and water during his period of refusing to eat or drink while having diarrhea. Most recently, they sent us a replacement box for a box that arrived thawed. My wife got the message that the food was delivered. The food is nowhere to be found. Again. I don't know who arranges delivery, but Smalls ought to select a better middle person.

I ordered this food to improve my cats health. It was ok the first time I orderd. But, when I gave them the food after the second delivery, all three became violently ill. They were all vomiting and refusing food for a week. I'm sure that the smalls food i gave them was contaminated. I was worried for their lives. I took all three to the vet. Because they were so sick, I had to miss thanksgiving and my reunion. Smalls refused to give me a refund or pay the vet bills. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS FOOD.
