I have an 13 year old cat and I'm having a hard time converting him to your food 100%. I still have to mix in some of his canned food to get him to eat. It would be great if you could add a natural flavoring to make it more appealing. Otherwise, I've noticed him with more energy and his poops don't smell as bad. Keep up the good work!

Not a fan of the customer service “Cat Concierge” team & really dislike that the website requires a magic link instead of allowing you to create a user name & password. My first box was missing the Welcome Kit, which I later found out was the reference point for transitioning cats to Smalls. The new “roll” packaging is also quite terrible in comparison with the original packaging. The cat treats were a fail with my cat - he ate one and immediately vomited.

Cat loves the food, but packaging is simultaneously hard to get into (I have to use a knife), and unsecured (often holes found in the plastic, so it’s not actually airtight and preserved).

LOVE the food- can’t figure out the subscription scenario and shipment timing to save my life.

Definitely seen an improvement in my cat after feeding her fresh food instead of canned, no complaints there. The problems are with the ordering process and the packaging. I feel very forced into buying a certain amount of food each time instead of how much I want to buy, you can adjust calories and frequency but it would be so much simpler to just pick out the items you want. Secondly the packaging is IMPOSSIBLE to open, I've never gotten it open without a scissors and that is still a process. Also the amount of time each package takes to unfreeze seems very different and I've had to start keeping canned food on hand in case the other food is not ready in time.

I have a 17yo cat who sometimes struggles to eat enough and keep it down. She loves the food for the most part and I've seen an improvement in her since we switched to it. I have two complaints. One is that the consistency is not there yet. The same recipes have been visually different in different packages (texture, color, one was pink in the middle, and one had a section that looked burned), and her response to them seems to differ. The other complaint is that the packaging is WAY too hard to open!

I absolutely love the food you work so hard to provide for us paw-rents, but I will say how frustrating and confusing the sign in process is, as well as keeping my order straight. Just this week I received an email that I was getting 2 packages of pulled bird, and that was it. Here are the 2 issues with that, 1) I order 12 packages at a time (so getting only 2 packages of food didn’t make sense), and 2) It wasn’t time for my order to be sent. Had I not immediately texted customer service (which is also a confusing process), I would’ve received this erroneous shipment! When I reached out, the CSR couldn’t explain why it happened, and it was corrected in the end. If it wasn’t for your high quality food (which made my holistic Vet happy, btw) I would’ve given up a while ago. Thanks for asking, and I look forward to the improvements for us paw-rents!! 😻

This food has taken a while for my cat to warm up to. I do trust that it is the healthiest food for her, if only she believed that as well. My main complaint is with the subscription restrictions. The only way to get less frequent shipments is to increase the quantity of each shipment - or cancel/postpone. Likewise, for smaller shipments, they arrive more frequently. I need the option to chose the quantity I need at the desired frequency. This is not possible, and I will likely cancel the subscription entirely because of that. Also, The descriptions of the products need to be more detailed...
