I really like this business. I've been a customer for a few years now, and when I first was trying the service, I had an issue that was promptly and kindly taken care of - even though said issue was my own fault for not paying attention to my emails. They made it right, and ever since then they have been prompt, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable every time I've had to contact them. The product is fantastic and I've noticed positive differences in my cat, like her energy levels and her fur softness/silkiness.

My cat and I absoloutely LOVE Smalls! I love how convenient it is for me and the fact that I do not have to go to the store. I also love how flexible ordering is too!

I have two cats, true siblings. The tortoise shell female had gastric problems when I adopted her. Terrible flatulance and liquid stool on a diet of purina naturals ( the brand recommended by her foster mom). Since getting her on smalls chicken diet the gas is gone and poops are soft but more solid than they were. Her brother luckily does not have the gastric issues and he also loves the smalls food. My only issue is the package the food comes in. I find it is better to cut the frozen block of food in half and remove it from the flimsy plastic package before it is fully thawed. When thawed, the food is hard to remove because the package has no rigidity. Scraping out crumbly, soft food while dealing with the floppy plastic wrapping is a challenge. Especially in the corners. Their shipping is superior, using ice blocks and dry ice to keep the food frozen. I do find the shipping schedule a bit inconvenient. If you run low and want additional food you have to wait for processing of the food ( which takes place only on friday), and then shipping out the next week so it takes about 6 days to get food. They do offer subscription though which means you do not have to constantly think about when to order the next shipment.

We have been using Smalls for over a year now and our cats love it! They are happy and healthy and thank us every day for feeding them the best food possible.

Best Cat Food I have every served by cat. Cinci has allegeries and is sensitive to food. Smalls has two products she loves and improves her health. The Pork and the Beef. They do not add anything else to the recipe. It is incredible to find a company that produces such high quality food. Their website is wonderful and communication is excellent!

This product has made a significant difference for my kitty! I’ve noticed a difference in her energy and demeanor and her fur has gotten so much silkier. She likes most of the food but some days isn’t as big of a fan.

I'm very happy I switched to Smalls for my cat (I just got a new cat and I'm working on switching him over). The food is excellent, she loves it, her fur feels better, there is less odor in the litter box. I have worked with the Customer Service folks a couple of times and they have been WONDERFUL.

My cats love smalls. It's so easy to order, comes right to my door and they have a lot of recipe options to keep your cats stimulated. It's nice to feel confident you are feeding your cats good food. Managing your account is really easy as well. They give you lots of flexibility to change your order, pause your subscription, or cancel!
