Ordering and making changes is easy. The food arrives on time and is still frozen and I live in AZ. It is the only food that my cat loves.

Excellent customer experience
Excellent customer experience! My diabetic cat absolutely LOVES her food!! Definitely would be easier to reset a password but it's not a big enough issue to not keep buying this food! My cat has been able to back off of her insulin a bit since getting on this food!!

The BEST you can get!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Smalls!! I have 3 cats, two are 12 and one is 2. My 2 year old has the worst digestion issues. Hematochezia and diarrhea on and off. I tried everything I could think of and then I found Smalls. Not only did he LOVE it but it was so easy on his stomach. No blood, much more solid poops, and SO much energy(not that he needed more...🤪)! I am so grateful to Smalls! We will NOT be going back to any other foods!!!

Not only is Smalls fantastic for my cats, but their customer service is also top-notch, always improving their products and accessories. The best real food out there for cats…
The best real food out there for cats !! My cat Pixel has an allergic granuloma complex we’ve been fighting since kitten hood. Smalls has really helped limit his outbreaks. He loves his food so much he won’t even touch anything else now!! Smalls is worth every penny!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service for a great product
I spent a lot of time searching for the best food for my Too young cats, and it came out that the best was Smalls. What initially stop me was the pros and cons were written and the con was that it was online and you could only text or email let me tell you anytime you text them or email you get an answer so fast within minutes if that it’s amazing. Do not let that stop you. from ordering this product, the customer support is better than any other products. I’ve tried go for it.😻😻👍 PS I made several text emails and got the same fast response over some questions I had during the whole process not just one day

Smalls Food For Cats
My cat Sasha is a senior cat, she IBS, waxy ears, her diet was Blue Baffalo Sensitive Stomach kibble mainly I didn't know what she was missing in her diet. She would throw up every couple of days didn't know why? My friend saw an ad on TV about Smalls, I started feeding her Their Ground Other Bird recipe close to a year now. She loves it, her health improved greatly! Seems more satisfied, better nutrition, nicer fur coat. Smalls is quality food for your furry friend. It comes right to your door. Kibble is not enough for cats and their health needs. Sasha is 17/18 years old, still sassy. I wish I would have known about Smalls awhile ago. I get free treats for life that she loves as well. It's really not much more than you going to a store, time, gas, etc. Get Smalls, you won't look back, and your cat 🙀 will love you for it. They have many recipes.

Smalls made ordering healthy food for my cat easy. They have many options and my cat has liked all that I’ve tried. The scheduling and shipping is easy to adjust and they send a text when it’s delivered. I can tell my cat likes the food and has more energy and she’s soft and happy every day now!
