My delivery was damaged during shipping and could not be delivered by FedEx. Contacted the company and within 30 minutes they responded and shipped a replacement box. Great customer service!

The cat food is delivered in well-packaged container with dry ice. I appreciate the emails that arrive a week before cat food is shipped allowing for changes in order! Love the emails and text notifying me food has shipped with links to track package on delivery day! Excellent business model! Big fan!!

My cat, Albert, is not a great eater and was losing weight. He eats every speck of Smalls and has gained weight and is more active. The only draw back is he eats 1/3 rather than1/2 because he only weighs 7 pounds.

I started giving my cat Smalls Skin and Coat Lickables because she had a bald patch on her stomach that nothing seemed to improve. Even the vet said her fur would probably never grow back.
