The cat food is seems great… Dashie needed to warm up to it… literally he would just stare at it while Moggie nommed down…. But once I started heating it up… no probs… But the over the top communications are what brought down the rating… I’m getting like 3 emails a day… they even called me…keep asking me to text them… why can’t I be an introverted cat lady in peace?

Very little personal contact even when I was having problems getting my cat to eat this new food. I just gave up and cancelled my subscription. My Prior contact with a rep over problems with my first delivery was excellent.

As a person who also uses The Farmers Dog for my canine babies, I would appreciate a better feeding guide from SMALLS . I have to second guess myself constantly on how much of the freeze dried food and soft food to give my cats. Farmers Dog prints the serving amount on the bag and also sends a feeding guide. It’s just a suggestion that would help. Also, I can’t text anyone and get a response right away. I just feel the communication could be stronger.

Quality of food is good. I tried to reschedule my last delivery because my cat has been slow transitioning to Smalls l. This did not happen and I received a shipment anyway

So expensive and nerve wracking wondering if fed ex will deliver on time or not. Prepare to lose 1/2 your freezer space. My cat likes the food, but it's like having your pet child addicted to illegal drugs. Expensive and nerve wracking for you. My chicken breast bill for the month is cheaper.

I personally loved the idea of raw foods being prepared for my cat without all the time-consuming work! However, my 2 cats, one an indoor Russian Blue, and a feral outside black and white cat neither one would do more than lick at the meats. I thought fish would be a big treat. Nope. I tried different textures and flavors, mixed and not mixed with their regular dry food. A resounding NO! So I must unsubscribe for this truly awesome idea!
