We ordered a sample box which none of my three cats liked, and a full shipment was sent to me before they even got through the sample box. I guess that’s on me for not checking my email, but I did not want a full shipment. I just wanted the sample I must’ve missed that. All of the food is pate style, which is not a favorite in our house. Make chunks with gravy and they would be happy.

I ordered the trial package of Smalls cat food and explicitly requested the exclusion of any bird-type food. Nevertheless, I received Bird Nip treats, which my cats refused to consume, along with the food. Furthermore, I did not consent to an auto-ship arrangement; however, the company enrolled me in this program without my approval. I reached out to customer service to request that they refrain from charging my credit card for the unwanted auto-ship, but they proceeded to charge me nonetheless. Consequently, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. This experience with the company has been exceedingly disappointing.

auto ship lock down - auto ship is initiated 3 days after your sampler arrives. Its a trap as theres no realistic time to sample and cancel

My cats would barely touch any of the flavors. I stored them in the freezer and thawed a pack at a time, which takes roughly 24 hours. Because packages were so large, I divided each into 4 portions. I tried everything from warming it, adding cat-friendly broth and toppers to enhance the flavor, adding extra moisture, etc. My cats would eat the topper, but leave the rest of the food. They also would not eat the complimentary treats they provide. I gave away most of my supply to family and friends. I even checked in with them to see how their cats liked it and they experienced the same issues as me. I have two cats (both adults). I gave the food to 3 households (all with adults cats only) and none of them would eat it.

Received no response to: packaging concerns. (Hard to open packets). No labeling of ingredients, such as fillers used, vegetables??? No labeling of weight of food packets. Extra charge for "premium flavors"??? This was supposed to be "premium" cat food already. Premium options were significantly smaller...by at least an ounce. Again no labelling of weight! Did not stop or significantly reduce vomiting by my cats.

Sent an expensive box without warning, just days after i got my trial box. Neither cat will touch it. Customer service worse than the food! Stay away from this shady company.
