Great experience, easy to setup a new account, auto ship for people like me who forget often. The presentation is amazing, from the box it's delivered in, to the way the food is packaged. Smalls makes the experience personalized for you and your feline friend. My 4 year old Miranda loves this food and her fur coat is shiny and soft. I'm also delighted to see that she has put on a little bit of healthy weight. I rescheduled her a couple months ago and she was a bit boney. Not anymore!¡! Thanks to smalls cat food!!!!

Oliver is a picky eater and the food that Smalls creates checks all his boxes. It is the best food I have found for him. I want to add that the customer service at Smalls is amazing. Love smalls if you havent tried it, please do so, i dont think you will regret it.

An amazing food! PLEASE IGNORE the people complaining about bad customer service which appears to be more important than their pets lives. Wish I knew years earlier, may have increased the life span of my other kitties. I have or should say had a cat with pancreatitis and one with early kidney, both having problems eating. Tried almost ever food on the market, until a vet tech recommended Smalls. I tell every cat owner I know about Smalls. Both are healthy, no signs of kidney disease in the recent blood work and the other has one zero pancreatic flare ups over the past year. I'm picky and research everything, this is by far the best food available on the market for cats. I wish they made a dry food because my kids still like crunchy once in a while. Yes, it would be nice to have better line of communication, but that keeps the prices affordable. If your food arrives spoiled, they replace it. Don't let a bunch of complainers keep you from providing your fur baby with the best food available. And yes, it took them some getting used to, introducing food correctly, and finding their favorite flavors, but now, they can't get enough. I'm so happy and believe this food may help them live to 20. The difference in their health is miraculous.

I have been a customer for several years. My cat loves it, specially the new pork recipe. Yes she was finicky in the beginning. Shocking she’s a cat! Beyond how much my cat actually loves it the customer support has always been fantastic. Whenever there’s been an issue, and there’s been very few over the years, they handle it and make it right. Highly recommend!

My cat had a "hot spot" from allergies. The vet didn't know if it was allergies or from a burn. I had him on steroids and antibiotics, which cleared up a lot, but he was still licking it so it wouldn't heal completely. I decided to try to omit fish from his diet and started feeding him Smalls. His fur is so soft now and he's not always licking his back from itching irritation. The wound is nearly all cleared up now. They deliver and package the items on time and use eco friendly packaging materials. The cost comes out to about 2-3x more than the quality canned food I was buying, so it's not extremely priced and the cats really like it and it's improved their health.

My cats loved the new pulled Bird and Other Bird recipes. I hope they can bring back the Freeze Dried recipes as well 🤞🏽

My cats love smalls cat food .I had an older cat who use to chew on his back so bad I tried every cat food .I had an idea an to try smalls it worked all of bald butt hair back and the 9 nine year cat acts like a younger cat and chases the 2 year cat.Its all been wonderful .
