My boys loved this food! When they both passed away in September, just 2 weeks apart, it was the worst feeling in the world. When I called to cancel my subscription I evidently didn’t do something correctly so when I got an email saying they were shipping the food I panicked. I made another call and spoke to the most pleasant lady. She said she would halt the shipment and refund my money. Which she did. About a week later I received the sweetest gift in the mail of 3 small live indoor plants with tarracotta pots for repotting. Not only is Small’s food great and healthy, the company is top notch. I would highly recommend their products!

My 3 Kitties Love, Love this food and I have peace of mind In knowing I am giving them quality, nutritious and healthy food. My vet comments on how their fur is so soft and shiny! My 7 year still has energy and is very playful. I credit smalls food!

Our senior girl had been suffering from daily bouts of vomiting and nothing her vet suggested seemed to help. After switching to Smalls, she's completely stopped vomiting, with the exception of the occasional hairball, and her fur is so soft and shiny! She has always had a big appetite but she now sprints into the kitchen when it's time for her Smalls and scarfs down every last morsel of food. I have had the best customer service experience (they quickly replaced a lost shipment) and couldn't be happier that we chose Smalls for our girl.

Smalls is fantastic I highly recommend I have a 16-year-old cat and I was having trouble finding food for her that she would enjoy. She was losing weight and energy. After reading the website, I ordered the sample box. It has been a great experience and she is starting to gain back the weight she lost and is so much happier.

It was difficult for my fur baby to like the food… but was able to find the correct flavor he truly loves (Fish). A few weeks ago I received the subscription without any dry ice and I received a refund for it. They were able to send me a new order and extra packs to keep my fur baby happy. Really recommend Smalls, have seen an improvement on my baby’s mood and health.
