My cat absolutely loves Smalls. We transitioned him 6 months ago after his dental surgery. He’s a huge fan of the smooth texture and the chicken. It was great to be able to try a variety before committing to a subscription. Last week, I had to reach out to customer service because my order arrived defrosted. They responded so quickly, sending out a new shipment ASAP. Love that kind of customer service!

Both my cats love smalls. And thats impressive because my first cat Havoc will not touch wet food. The only time he ever ate any kind of wet food or treat was when I first rescued him and he was starving and eating anything and everything including dog food. Transitioning took a bit of work, but what ended up working was mixing it in with his old wet food. And then changing the ratio from more of the canned food to food to more of the smalls for Luca and he got used to it after 2~weeks. And in the next month Havoc started trying to steal a little bit of Lucas smalls and he transitioned over super easy. (And my dog enjoys licking whats left from the packet) I give them half smalls half dry food as thats what I can afford and they both seem happy playful and excited for meal time with healthy potty. The only thing I would want to change is picking a delivery date so I could pick weekends only or something. I work second shift so though the boxes are packed with dry ice and I haven't had a problem with the two boxes Ive had so far. I do worry it might get stolen as packages are often delivered after I leave for work, or that this box spent more time in the mail and the ice has had a chance to melt.

LOVE smalls so much! Smalls was recommended to me by my vet when my persian cat was having uti and stress issues. I am so glad because smalls is incredible. The food itself is high quality and smells like real food, a crazy concept within the pet food space. My picky persian is obsessed with his ground chicken. He's also way less stinky lol. I cant smell his liter box anymore.

I was super impressed with their customer service! Joseph got back to me with a satisfactory answer to solve my problem in less time than it takes to feed my 7 cats! I'm an old tart who gets anxious buying over the internet but ... not with Smalls! I highly recommend!

This is the best cat food on the market. Other brands make big claims, but they are hype: they use ingredients that are not good for your pet. Their food is expensive, NOT because it’s high quality, but because they spend a lot of $ on advertising! My cats love Smalls and will even eat it cold from the fridge, but of course they prefer it slightly warmed. Important: it can take some time for them to adjust to their new food, that’s how cats are and it’s part of the reason why we love them—they are intelligent creatures. Follow the instructions: mix a bit of warmed Smalls thawed food into their regular food, then keep increasing the Smalls portion until they are eating only Smalls food. It took us a few weeks but it works! BENEFITS: Our cats are healthier with shiny coats and bright eyes They eat smaller portions and eat less food overall (Smalls is quality nutrition, not junk and fillers) Fewer vet bills Convenience: delivered to your door, no shopping trips needed The price is very reasonable based on the above Very happy that we discovered Smalls and highly recommend them.
