It's great to hear that your cats have taken to the Bird flavors so quickly! The increase in appetite is a great sign, and it's awesome that you're finding Smalls to be a good investment for your pets' health. We’re glad to hear that customer service has been responsive and helpful—that’s something we take pride in. It’s also great to know that even in a hot climate, your shipments arrive frozen and fresh, and that you’re feeling confident about the quality of the food compared to what’s often found in grocery stores. We aim to provide food that not only tastes great to your cats but also gives you peace of mind about their health. Thank you for sharing your experience with Smalls, and we’re here to help whenever you need!
