We're so glad to hear that Smalls has helped your cat thrive! It's wonderful to know that our food has been beneficial for his health, especially after such a difficult start. We appreciate your feedback about the Pulled recipe packaging. We looked for more durable options and landed on these new packets. Due to the sous vide process that Pulled requires, we cannot use packaging with EZ Peel openings. However, the packets can still be easily opened with kitchen scissors. After thawing we recommend cutting the packet right along the top. Thank you for your continued support. If you have any other feedback or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
