Edit-After speaking with customer service at smalls, I was ensured I would receive a refund of the full purchase price in 3-5 business days. Sure enough, 3 days later I had a full refund credited to my bank. Customer support at smallsforsmalls.com was excellent. They went out of their way to make things right with me. RevU has failed to uphold their end of the bargain which is expected from a scam site with a rating like they have but I cannot fault smalls premium cat food for their shady business deals so I switched my 1star to a 5 star for exceptional customer service. SCAMMED by smalls.com and Revenue Universe offer wall. I came across this company by doing an ad offer wall deal that rewarded me $30 for my first order from smalls through RevU. I was looking forward to treating my pet with premium food and being rewarded for my trial subscription. I was ripped off from the offerwall company and when I tried to cancel the order with smalls they told me they already shipped it when it clearly said in the email it was a processing order. Customer support was no help and stated that it was too late to stop the transaction even though I emailed and texted them immediately after I had an issue.

Five star premium kitty food and outstanding customer service! Minimally processed food is so different (healthy and fresh) that transition may take some experimenting. Having so many flavor/texture options is a very big plus. Not inexpensive, but neither are veterinary visits. Only the best for family!

I don’t know a lot of the answers to your questions. I just go by feelings of trusting you, hoping it’s the best for my kitties that are sisters.

I have had many kitty cats in my life all of which have been rescue. My Lenny is one as well and he is 15. About 8 years ago we lost our Milo to diabetes. I started to notice symptoms of the same problem in Lenny, so I purchased Smalls! Life Changer for Lenny! He has lost close to 12 pounds, but what is unbelievable is Lenny is like a kitten again! He runs and plays like never before. He loves his Smalls kitty cat food and he looks forward to eating. It is definitely not the same as the food that he was eating, which he was vomiting up most of the time. No more puking, his litter box is very light as his poop is super easy to clean up, no diarrhea.... Just a naturally happy, healthy 15-year-old cat! Thank you for giving our Lenny a second chance at life for his older years. 😸❤️👑

We love it! High quality, consistent food my cat loves and it doesn't gross me out because it just seems like human grade meat.

The website is very easy to navigate for me. I like the ease of changing my order to get more of the flavors loved by my cats. Both my cats love the food. I supplement Smalls into my feeding schedule for fresh and raw food. Wet food is a requirement for my Maine Coons.

About six months ago, I had been looking for a healthy, biologically appropriate diet for my cat, Carson, to get him off of dry kibble. I searched Google and came across Smalls. He took to it relatively quickly and loves it, while not being as food motivated. No more waking me up in the morning to eat or searching for crumbs on the floor all day or bothering us (as much) at the dinner table. No more over eating which makes keeping his weight at the right level much easier. He has more energy and is more playful. We had a health scare right around the time I started him on Smalls with his blood work and a positive leukemia test (turned out to be a false positive) but, just last week, I took him in for his 6 month checkup and his platelets, RBC, WBC, liver function, kidney function, BP, and heart are all great. I feel like I've added years to Carson's life. Customer service is great as well. My order this month got stuck at FedEx for a couple of days, so by the time it got to me the dry ice had evaporated and some of the food was no longer frozen. The concierge text service was very responsive, and while the food was all still cold enough to be safely refrozen, they still sent a second shipment without me even having to ask. Smalls is worth its weight in gold for Carson's health and happiness.
