I ordered this food on a whim, trying to find a healthier alternative to the food I currently feed my kitty. She absolutely adores it! There was no "break in" period, she dove right in. I've never seen her enjoy wet food like this. Also, the Catnip and Chill treats I received with the order.... she is in love! Would definatly refer Smalls to my other kitty loving friends.

Within a week of switching to Smalls cat food, my cat's chronic diarrhea from IBD has completely resolved. The customer service team was responsive and very helpful when I underestimated how much food I'd need to feed her. Yes, it's expensive, and the daily packets are a little bit of a hassle. By little I mean LITTLE hassle. There is no such thing as perfect, and for an all natural food that comes pre portioned, to me those minor inconveniences are so worth it if my cat no longer has those issues.

I have a rather finicky cat. Sophie would eat the well known canned cat food & others that weren't known, to me anyway. I heard about Smalls after reading up on ingredients and better brands. She eats this one! Not all but after trying various flavors & textures, she prefers the smooth ones. Particularly smooth pig but also smooth bird (chicken) & bird with fish. Maybe one smooth other bird. (turkey)

My cat loves the food so much! We’ve been using Smalls for close to a year now. He’s a texture-conscious boy, so the new pulled meals are his favorite. It makes it easier to give him his medicine, because I know he’ll eat the whole meal, not just pick around it. And I love how high-quality the ingredients are. Gold stars and highest praise from my little boy and me!

Smalls company is amazing, I cannot say more good things about their customer service and attention. I had a kitty on smalls that unfortunately never actually took to the food but their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I don’t understand why my cat didn’t want it but preferred processed junk.. very frustrating. But It takes time yall! Just remember that, The cat food smelled so good I thought I could eat it!! Lol and yes I’m being so serious.. fast forward, I lost my rocky boy, ended up canceling as was not needed anymore.. sent one email and was responded to in a timely manner and I was sent beautiful little plants in his honor from smalls. This small business is one in a million, they are all gems - customer service team. I now have 2 Maine coon mixes and I am getting ready here to try the smalls food again!! So excited!! Thank you smalls. Also, remember they are a small business, not AMAZON so stop acting like every small business is expected to act and deliver like Amazon. Small business means SMALL. “Few people and Usually handmade/ hand operated, unlike other business giant Amazon is an AMAZON- legitimately you cannot compare “small businesses to Amazon at all. Again thank you smalls, you guys rock!!!
