Thank you for sharing your feedback, L. We understand how important it was for the rabbit food to reach your daughter, especially given the difficult circumstances your family was facing. Your order was shipped via UPS Ground to the apartment address provided. When you contacted us about having the package delivered specifically to the apartment door rather than the building's mailroom, we explained that special delivery instructions must be provided directly to UPS through UPS My Choice, as we aren't able to control where a UPS driver leaves a package within an apartment community. UPS ultimately confirmed delivery to the correct address, but unfortunately left the package in the building's mailroom. We understand this wasn't the delivery location you hoped for and why that was especially difficult under the circumstances. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened and sincerely hope things are getting easier for your daughter and her bunny. Small Pet Select
