The hay is very brown and dusty
The hay is very brown and dusty. The quality has deteriorated so much since I started buying from SPS in 2019.
Response from Small Pet SelectOct 5, 2026
Hi EO, We truly appreciate that you’ve been choosing Small Pet Select since 2019, and we’re sorry to hear you feel the quality of our hay has declined. Brown, dusty hay isn’t what we want you or your pet to receive. We weren’t contacted about the hay from this order before your review, so we haven’t had an opportunity to see what you received or help with your concerns. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order information and a few photos of the hay so we can take a closer look and address your concern. We appreciate your longtime support, and hope to hear from you. Small Pet Select

My package arrived quickly, along with a small gift for each of my pets
I had been searching for a product I could use on my Syrian Hamster and Cat that was an all natural flea, tick and mite spray. That's when I found Small Pet Select, the price is good for the amount you get and the shipping fees are very reasonable. I will definitely be a return shopper since they have healthy snacks and treats for my hamster.
