Hay was delivered very fast and my bunny loves it!!

My mystery box was perfect it came with so many things and even a name plate it was the first box I ordered and it definitely makes me want to keep my subscription it was very worth it

Great product delivered on time

They hays quality has gone down completely since last year. My rabbit will not the 2nd cut timothy hay. Small pet select customer service is excellent and they immediately sent me out another box, however this box is exactly the same ans my rabbit will not eat it at all which puts me in the same spot. Stuck worrying about the health of my bunny and not knowing where to turn for good quality hay. In very disappointed that this is now the product that quality control is allowing to be sold. And honestly I am worried about it. I really hope this gets addressed

Love this business. We ordered a box of soft hay for our sick bunny who needed it asap as he had stopped eating his regular SPS Timothy. Usually sps delivers very quickly. Well it never came and still hasn’t been picked up by the post office. However, I called sps and inquired and they were super apologetic and fed exed us a pkg of super soft hay overnight. So grateful and they are are ALWAYS helpful. Thank you for caring SPS ❤️
