Small pet select is a great company! My guinea pig loves their products and I love their service! The customer service is on point and very friendly, helpful & want to make things easy with any issues with products or shipping. They also make great suggestions on donating wrong pet food orders that are non-returnable to shelters, etc. Now THAT'S great customer service! Ty from a loyal & forever customer!

They have awesome products that I trust to give to my bunnies. Shipping is very quick, if there is ever a problem with an order the solution comes quickly with a friendly and helpful attitude. I would highly recommend!

Great products....my furry children love everything they've gotten so far. The hay is by far the best ever. The bedding is nice and fluffy. The flower and herb samplers are very much appreciated by The Littles.

I was a loyal and great customer for a long time then they sent me the worst garbage hay that was dry hard ,yellow , (LESS then first cut quality )it was the worst so I complained to get my money back they refused and sent me was a replacement box of hay that was still under 1st cut quality but allittle better but still dry garbage that my guinea pigs still refused to eat ,complained to them and they dismissed me ! I paid almost $60 expecting 2nd cutting quality hay ! So Im out that money and stuck with all this garbage hay that is not good enough to eat especially when your guinea pigs are used to the second cutting quality so Im out that money , very disappointing how greedy this company and they treat their loyal clients!!! *response to your reply, I was willing to send all the hay back and your company admitted that it wasnt very good quality and Noone offered me any in store credit or I would've taken that but if they knew that the quality was just as bad, why would they send me another batch of garbage hay , not very good customer service or resolution! And the dispute was an accident for the pellets, Im not sure how that happened , but I had every right to dispute the bad hay that was sent twice , you didnt have to deal with all the stress of my guinea pigs not eating and trying to find quality hay online that isn't pet store quality , it was a nightmare when you have 3 guinea pigs are not happy , our pets are our family and when they're used to certain quality, how are you going to give them less !

Incredibly quick response time and always so friendly! Small Pet Select has the best customer service when I have a problem or question. Plus I always get my orders fast.

Our last order of timothy hay had some issues. I Chatted with SPS and responded within a few minutes and resolved the situation immediately. This the greatest service PERIOD!
