My bunnies won’t eat anything but small pet select hay. I have one that won’t eat anything but that Oat Hay. We had a small issue where the Oat Hay needed to be replaced. The turn around time was less than 3 days and the response when I emailed customer service was within a few hours. My bunny’s and I love the hay and are appreciative of the customer service response.

We rescued our bunny recently and before doing so I found Small Pet Select's website and absolutely LOVED how everything is 100% bunny safe from the hay and litter to the treats and toys. Our rescue came home and went absolutely NUTS for the healthy treats and the very healthy chew toys. We will be customers forever - HIGHLY recommend anyone that has a bunny to use Small Pet Select for all bunny stuff - Our little bun Cleo is VERY happy!

They at Small Pet Select are very helpful and helpful when u question them about your pet. I have 3 guinea pigs who I love and adore and I have started buying lots of herbs from pet select my piggies love it and it’s much healthier for them they particularly like the chunks of Timothy hay and other things they can eat one everyday so I cut chunks off for each one and they are becoming bigger if you know what I mean.

I really believe SPS cares about their products and their customers. Over the past year, I’ve been very happy with both product and service. I buy 1st and 2nd cutting hay plus orchard hay, oat hay and the premium ultra soft hay to give my sick Guinea pig a fighting chance. Two past orders have turned up some serious concerns. I ordered 3rd cutting for the first time and it was unusable— highly compressed, moist and smelly. The company has agreed to send me a replacement. The next two boxes I opened— 2nd cutting and orchard hay both have compressed “clumps” in them rather than the fresh, loose hay I’m used to. What I thought was just a “bad box” seems to be pervasive. I’m concerned and saddened by this seeming change in the packing process. Makes their claim of “no industrialized compression” flatly false. I hope this is a blip caused by labor issues rather than a strategic change of direction. Meanwhile, I am sampling other brands.

Our family loves Small Pet Select. We get all of our bunny feed and hay for both our rabbits and guinea pigs and love knowing they are getting high quality feed for their health. Whenever I have had a question regarding an order they have been quick to respond and are excellent communicators.

Small Pet Select is the best. Their customer service support is so kind and helpful. They have the absolute freshest hay. My rabbit wouldn’t eat hay from anyone and it was making me really concerned but she absolutely loves the hay from Small Pet. They also carry a large assortment of toys and treats every thing a little rabbit could want. I am so glad I found this company.

Highest quality hay I've ever gotten, speedy UPS delivery, and a variety of types of litter (bedding) make SPS my go-to company for these crucial products for my rabbits. I believe the first-cutting hay helped my rabbit recover from his surgery for a severe respiratory infection. This hay isn't dusty and doesn't cause him to wheeze. He was never a big hay-eater before, but after I cut down on his treats, eliminated pellets (which made him wheeze), kept greens and carrot, and switched to SPS hay, I haven't heard him wheeze in months. He is a happy rabbit again. SPS sometimes ships the wrong product, but if you contact them and provide a photo, they do a good job of making it right.
