The products looks great for children

If I could rate this negative, I would. What a horrible experience. Ordered four pillows, and they automatically enrolled me in some membership that I did not authorize. I had to fight the charges with my credit card company. Two pillows arrived and two have still not arrived. Then I told them that because of the poor customer service I wanted a full refund and they told me I would have to pay for full shipping back to China. What a disaster I would never recommend this company to anybody!!! my hope is that this company will go out of business for their fraudulent, deceptive sales and non-transparent costs, which seems like a Better Business Bureau issue.

I have very good experience with this company

Their website UX is terrible and accidentally bought the same item twice. I immediately reached out to get it canceled and they said no.

I was looking for something for my baby — something they could figure out and build. The crystal night light, the Montessori busy board and the wooden stacking blocks are the three I'd go for. What got me was that they'd actually get used. The first thing I look at is whether it will last. They look good and the prices are sensible.

Good company
