Do not order from this company. They are a scam company that will charge your card multiple times without authorization. They are out of Hong Kong and do not answer their phones. The product I ordered isn't even listed on their web page. BIG SCAM

The survey was short

Misleading “Money-Back Guarantee” and return policy I purchased from Slumberkiddies because their website prominently advertises a “Not Satisfied? Money-Back Guarantee!” and states that customers have up to 30 days after receiving a product to return or exchange it. Unfortunately, my experience with actually trying to use that guarantee was very different from what I expected based on the advertising. When I requested a return, I was told that I would have to pay to ship the products internationally to a warehouse in China. I was also told that even after paying for international return shipping, I would not receive my refund until the company received and inspected the products and determined that they met the criteria for a full refund. Instead, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds or store credit if I kept the products. Their final offer was a 30% refund if I kept the products, which I ultimately accepted because international return shipping made returning a $99 order financially impractical. I understand that companies can have return conditions, but I believe those conditions—especially the requirement to ship a return internationally at the customer’s expense and wait for an inspection—should be made extremely clear when a product is being advertised with a prominent “Money-Back Guarantee.” Had I understood the actual return process before purchasing, it would have affected my decision to order. I am disappointed with the experience and believe the website’s return messaging should be much more transparent.
