WARNING! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY – SLUMBERKIDDIES.COM
WARNING! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY – SLUMBERKIDDIES.COM! they are Scammer I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased two car seats, but they charged me extra fees I never authorized. Later, they charged my card another $39.99 for a membership I never signed up for or agreed to! When I contacted them, they refused to give me a full refund also never answer phone call . This feels like a scam! They charge customers for unwanted services and make it difficult to get their money back. I also seriously question the positive reviews on their website. Based on my experience, I do not trust them or their ratings. BE VERY CAREFUL! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I strongly recommend avoiding Slumberkiddies.com. I have already reported the unauthorized charges to my bank. One star is too generous for this company!

I was looking for something for my baby…
I was looking for something for my baby — something that would help at bedtime. The crystal night light, the breathing koala and the Montessori busy board are the three I'd pick. The koala is so soft and I think my kid will love it. Good things at fair prices.

No Upsides To My Purchase
Purchased an ergonomic pillow thinking it would offer support for a child's head. Shipping was delayed by several days and took much longer than expect. Quality of the pillow product was incredibly poor. The icing on the cake was that my card was compromised and an unauthorized charge hit my account from the very same site. Hugely disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER
DO NOT ORDER. Ordered one pillow and was unknowingly automatically enrolled in a monthly membership for $39.99 that doesnt do anything or provide any services…. Why would i want a monthly membership to a pillow store? Terrible customer service trying to get a refund for the membership. Had to block them through my bank but it still didnt help. They havent provided a refund.
