I did receive the pillows I ordered but then they billed me again a month later and I found out their contact numbers don’t work so I had to cancel my card in order to get them to stop charging me. It’s a scam basically. Don’t order.

This website is a complete scam. There are pop ups after you complete your order and if you hit continue shopping thinking you are turning down the add ons and moving on you will be charged for them. Their customer service is useless and unresponsive

Website states they ship from Los Angeles. They ship from China. As expected, shipping is slow (just over 3 weeks), and I would not have ordered from here if the website had been truthful about their shipping location. Costume I ordered arrived with a completely broken plastic mask, and the costume itself was not in the size I ordered. Due to the actual shipping location, pretty sure it will be too much of a pain to return, if the company even bothers to attempt to rectify.

Extremely Disappointing Experience! They are a scam! I purchased a children’s pillow from this company on September 25 for $34. On October 13, I discovered an additional $39.99 charge on my card that I had not authorized. I did not knowingly agree to recurring payments or a subscription. Customers should not have to worry about unexpected charges appearing on their cards after making what they believe is a straightforward purchase. I contacted customer service and explicitly requested a full refund, cancellation of any recurring billing, and written confirmation that no further charges would occur. Instead of resolving the matter, the representative asked me to provide a screenshot of an email showing a refund confirmation. This did nothing to address my actual complaint: I was disputing the charge and requesting that my money be returned. I have already made my position clear. I authorized the original $34 purchase, not the additional $39.99 charge. I should not have to engage in an endless exchange of emails to obtain a straightforward response to a disputed payment. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in this company. Transparent pricing, clear consent to recurring billing, and prompt handling of refund requests are basic expectations, not unreasonable demands. I am pursuing the appropriate channels to dispute the charge and report my concerns about the company’s billing practices to consumer protection authorities. I would urge prospective customers to carefully review the checkout terms and monitor their payment statements for unexpected charges. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I expect a full refund, cancellation of any recurring payments, and written confirmation that this matter has been resolved.

Shipping took much longer than expected. Size was incorrect vs website description; they offered to send a replacement but I had to pay addtional shipping. Then I found two charges on my credit card for a "Membership Fee" that I did not approve or was aware of. Shady upsell/hidden added fees. Do not use this company.
