SlumberkiddiesReviews of slumberkiddies.com

The pictures that they show of the Paw Patrol tower are incorrect. Once received I knew that I had made a mistake by using this company. The product cost £75.00 but was probably worth £25 because of the poor quality. I had to send it back to China at my own expense to get any sort of refund.

The pillow is terrible and they don't honor their refund policy. Stay away from them, the contact number just rings.

I spent $29.99 for a plush toy squirrel advertised on their website. What I was sent was a small cardboard decal with a PHOTO of the plush toy! For $29.99! When I tried to return it, after wrangling about it for 2 weeks, they said I had to ship it back to China, at my expense $$$, for a refund. It is outright thievery. These are bad guys Slumberkiddies are not honest merchants. I would not trust anything they sell to be safe or as represented... especially as regards child safety.

Ordered something and it was delayed. I asked if I can cancel they said no because it had shipped but I can return when received. Their return policy is within 30 days unused in original package. The product is. I’ve requested a return and they won’t, claiming they want “don’t want to hassle me with a return” and that they’ll give me 10% back. lol what a scam

This is a scammer. I ordered Paw patrol Toy Car Playset Slide Tower Kids Vehicle Garage Set for my daughter’s Christmas gift. I ordered it because the website says deliver will be 2-5days. But I didn’t received it at least 2 weeks. When I track it, it was delivering from China. I asked them to cancel it because delivery takes much longer than what it says. They said they cannot do anything because it already shipped. And when I received it, it was completely fake. The picture on the website shown the real paw patrol dogs but what I received was completely fake ones with all written in Chinese the dogs doesn’t even have same faces. I asked for refund and they told me I’ll have to ship it back to China and I have to pay the shipping cost by my self. I’ve never had this horrible customer service even they sent me a fake item. Please don’t trust this company.

I ordered 3 items but I recive only 2. Luckily the support respinded well and I was able to get the last item.

Transaction was fast and happy to see that my kids love their new sets of blankets. Will reccomend it to my friends!

The support responded poorly and the delivery was delay. Thankfully my order arrived okay. Might order again.
