Do not order from here!!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We've received "your order is out for delivery" emails the past two days and the order has not arrived. The tracking info does not give us an estimated delivery date or where our product actually is. I ordered a gift for my daughter on 1/24 and it's now 2/6 (day before her birthday) and I've gotten the delivery updates twice and have yet to receive the order. Customer service has been responsive (probably AI) but has not provided any additional information. Very frustrating for a $100 order. Never again!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, especially with the timing around your daughter’s birthday. Delays and unclear tracking information are not the experience we want for our customers. We would like to review this immediately and assist you further. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can work toward a resolution.
