I received the order after 10 days which is a relief after reading the reviews here. I was convinced its a scam and I spent £50 on something I will never receive. But I did. I also contacted customer service after 4 days as the updates were all about China and thought surely would have left the country after 4 days and 5 depots. I got a reply after 2 days to say its going through customs and to check my tracking regularly. And today I actually received the order, 3 pillows through Yodel.

I ordered a pillow on Feb 1, 2025 and now it’s May 25th 2025 , and I have still not received my order . I sent several emails to support but never received a response. They are keeping mum and never even offered to refund my money . Completely dishonest business .

This is a scam at its finest. Ordered pillows with package protection. This place claims my order was delivered. Post office driver says he never delivers a package on that day. Company will not provide me with a tracking number… only their garbage order number that doesn’t do anything.

Have not received order. Contacted company and was sent tracking information which is not valid. Requested refund. Have not heard from them.

Scam Scam Scam! Don't. Do. It! I would give it -infinity stars if I could. I placed my order Jan 28. Contacted and contacted. My tracking went from China (which it doesn't state anywhere in the website) to "LA" and sat in "LA" for about 10 days. Seller finally contacted me back with updated tracking. Says it was delivered to my home on Feb 20. No it wasn't. I will receive an email from the post office several days before I have a package being delivered, never received one (therefore, they never even got the tracking info or package from this scampany). Also, I guess I was blocked on Facebook by this scampany, because I kept commenting on their ads that it's a scam. I can no longer see their page. 😂 I filed a claim with PayPal, so hopefully I can get my money back.

Order never received! Emailed customer service twice and got the.same generic reply back eventually from a Sarah who has two different email addresses in Germany. Item shipped from China with tracking that stops after February 10th. I just keep being told to see their shipping policy (it's past 4-12 days for delivery in the US).This is definitely a scam and I now have to fight it as fraud.

Misleading Facebook ad, I thought I was getting two pillows, only one arrived, very small pillow and pricey for what it is. Poor customer service, they don't reply, so no way to return despite the website saying you can. Avoid

The pillow didn't arrive. Im in UK. This is a scam. Don't fall for it. Im now getting hold of my bank for a refund as their customer support doesn't exist. Trust me, I've been there.
