Worst customer service experience I ever had. First I did not get any order confirmation apart of my PayPal receipt. So I contacted customer support to give me those details. 2 days later I have been given a order ID; yet it did not let me use the websites order tracking and always claimed that the ID is false. I wrote another support ticket shortly after and I am now waiting 8 days for a reply and since Nov 8th for my order, without any success. Will get my money back through Paypal soon. Not recommended!

TBH, their product is very quality. Howwever, their delivery service is way below no words can describe. Not many people know "FedEx International MailService - Fedex" is a slow service. When people think about "FedEx", first thing comes to our mind is that this is a fast delivery service (even though slickwrap did stated how many days to reach). Further more, the tracking number is useless. Worst than ebay. I would suggest slickwraps to remove the "FedEx service" from the delivery option and put "Standard or Economy delivery" in order not to mislead their customer. If you google slickwraps, you can find that they have tonnes of negative comments. Yes, their service and delivery service way too sucks! Think twice before purchasing from slickwrap if you are not patient.

This company has totally misleading shipping policies. On their shipping page it claims 1-2 days shipping for in-stock items. The fine print says it may take longer during sales. However, they are CONSTANTLY having some type of sale so they effectively eliminate any accountability they have for shipping within a reasonable period of time. After a week or non-shipment of an "in-stock" item, I attempted to cancel and get a refund. They refused, pointing to their shipping policy. 19 days after I ordered, they finally shipped.

Poor poor customer service, next to no response to all my inquiries through email. Paid for my wrap for almost 2 weeks before I receive a fake fedex tracking ID. Been try to get an explanation to no avail. I just want my money back. I only have 1 word of advice for anyone who's still deciding whether to buy : DON'T!!!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered my product on the 8th of november, i had a question and contacted them, only getting a reply 3 days later. Its now 21/11, i have no idea when my product is arriving, been trying to contact them with still no sucess, even though they promise 3 day shipping. Will never shop with them again. Buying Dbrands now.

De sendte min vare gratis, det tog dog omkring 3 uger før varen kom frem, men klager bestemt ikke nu hvor det ikke kostede mig noget. Jeg kan helt sikkert anbefale Slickwrap, lækkert skin til min Macbook pro som passede perfekt og det var dejligt nemt at sætte på.

stay away, same experience as others. my order with two day shipping has been pending for 2 weeks and they refuse to cancel it.
